We will work with you to create an attainable time-line for your document to be processed, and will expedite your document accordingly. We will anticipate obstacles in your document processing, and resolve them quickly. We promise to be in contact with you via phone or email to update you on any changes or delays that affect our contract with you.

* Our 1 Day and 2 Day services REQUIRE a reservation and your application to be in our possession by 8:30 AM (Central Standard Time) on the day of your reservation with Swift Passport Services. It WILL NOT be possible to submit your application that day if it is late, and we cannot guarantee a submission the following day.
Cancellation Policy: For our 1 Day and 2 Day Services there is a $100 cancellation fee if service is canceled after reservation has been made. For all other services, once payment has been made there is a $75 cancellation fee. If the expediting process has begun (as soon as SPS receives the application paperwork and documents), a refund will not be rewarded, and payment must be made in full.
